Guacamole
2 ripe avocados, peeled and pitted
1 tomato, finely chopped
1/4 red onion, finely chopped
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp tabasco sauce
1 tsp olive oil
cumin
salt
1. Put the avocados in a large bowl and mash them roughly with a fork.
2. Add the remaining ingredients. Season with salt and cumin. Mix well and serve.
