this was a bit of a weird week. it was the weekend of the MS Bike Tour. can you say exhaustion ?? also, the gym i normally go to decided to close for renovation until next Monday. Jose thought i would go insane. i had originally decided to take the Monday after my ride off and go to the bike shop. i am ordering some cool new stuff for my bike which i will post about later. hee hee hee. sadly, my bike guy wasn’t in on Monday. i saw him Tuesday night which, for the record, was a complete waste of my time. it was too late when i finally left the store and my feet weren’t feeling 100% yet. i fought the urge to run and took another day off (ugh).

friday 05.05:
* rest day

saturday 05.06:
* 76 mile bike ride

sunday 05.07:
* 71 mile bike ride

monday 05.08:
* rest

tuesday 05.09:
* rest

wednesday 05.10:
* 30 min bike @ gym, high intensity, low cadence
* 30 min elliptical @ gym, high intensity, low cadence

thursday 05.11:
* 30 min bike @ gym – high intensity, high cadence
* 1600 meter swim (pyramid)
