work was a bit hectic this week, so i had to shift my training schedule around a bit. i wasn’t feeling my best either and i haven’t figured out why. lack of sleep ? not enough calories ? i’ll figure it out eventually… i didn’t do any strength training this week and i’m not too happy about that. part of my treatment for Osteopenia is to do weight bearing exercise. i have to remind myself every day that strength training should be my priority.

Hey! Looks like an impressive week, though I’m sorry you’re not feeling your best. I also have a really hard time fitting in strength training workouts. It’s especially hard for me in the summer when the weather’s nice
And you have nice weather pretty much year ’round, so I can imagine it would be hard to take it inside versus going out for a bikeride or run.

Keep up the good work. You inspire me…

Hello Liz,
I’m not sure exactly how I surfed to your site, but what an extraordinary find! I’ve bookmarked your page to return for recipes. I’m a vegetarian, but I eat vegan with frequency. Additionally, I’ve enjoyed perusing through your your workout schedules/logs as well. Thank you for the valuable information on your blog, I shall return!
