i am done with physical therapy for now. the therapist gave me a home exercise program, but it’s been hard for me to follow through with it. i wanted my sports doctor to suggest more sessions, but he was having a bad day when i saw him this week. i enjoyed several short rides this week. i think my confidence and strength on the bike is definitely improving.

jessica here. looks like you are progressing wonderfully! no need to thank me for thinking that you are admirable. i like to let people know when they have an impact on me.

as far as cycling, right now i honestly just do not have the time. i started graduate school last week and finding time to eat is hard enough. i can’t imagine having the time to bike.

i know that we don’t know one another, but i am extremely proud of how far you’ve come! keep it up — you’re doing great in my eyes.

I can only imagine how frustrated you must be in not being able to train more. Don’t over do it (I’m sure you won’t) because you don’t want to end up hurting yourself even more.
