back on track this week. i was still in pain, but had time to rest between workouts so i just worked though it. i wanted to get more (a lot more) swimming in this week, but the pool was freakin’ crowded every single time. allow me to rant about that. olympic pools, especifically ones found in gyms/fitness clubs, are for swimming. if you’re not swimming, kindly position your body by the edge of the “slow” lane and stay out of the way of those who are actually trying to swim. thank you ! :-)

friday 09.22:
rest day

saturday 09.23:
30 min elliptical @ gym
strength training: upper body

sunday 09.24:
30 mile bike ride

monday 09.25:
1 hr spin class
strength training: upper body

tuesday 09.26:
30 min elliptical @ gym

wednesday 09.27:
1 hr spin class

thursday 09.28:
1000 meter swim

    Damn, woman, look at you go! Great week, Liz. And, yeah, I’ve had some serious “lane rage” myself at inconsiderate pool users. Grr. Souns like it was good week, overall :) Good for you.

    thank you both ! i am really trying to do what i can without over doing it. surprisingly, my body is cooperating. ha !
