doggy beach
there’s a doggy beach about two miles away from my apt. i took Venus there today. she seemed a bit scared at first and wouldn’t leave my side so it was hard to get a good shot of her. overall, i think she had a good time. it doesn’t seem like she gets out much. she’s extremely shy and not very social. also, i wasn’t very prepared since i don’t own a dog. i’m going to take her to the pet store tomorrow for some toys, etc and see what we can do. if my evil scheme works, she won’t want to leave when my cousin returns ! HA HA HA

awesome that you live so close to a beach! and awesome that it is shorts season there! i guess it is almost always that way in florida huh? though i can’t say much it’s been 70 for the past few days here in tennessee. and on friday it’s supposed to be cold/rain/snow/etc!
hope you’re having fun with the doggy. back to work today? back to grad school tonight (6-9 yuck) for me.

right now i am working on my masters (first semester) in experimental (research) psychology. once i finish up here, i want to get into a phd program elsewhere (we don’t have one here). it’s pretty okay, but i could’ve used a longer break!
