swimming crash course
my knee was hurting so much yesterday that i actually skipped my regular Monday night spinning class. i met Bill at the pool instead. we worked on my swimming technique which desperately needed help. he criticized EVERYTHING i did and made me correct it. at first, it was overwhelming, but he said it was rewarding to teach me cos i caught on quickly. that made me feel better about my efforts. i honestly feel like my swimming improved 100% after yesterday’s informal training with Bill. i hope i can get him to work with me a few more times before he leaves to Italy for 6 months.

Are you breathing bi-laterally or switching it up every 3 or 4 strokes?
I keep trying to train myself to breath on the opposite side and I almost always rush my stroke. Also, are you swimming Total Immersion?
