i’m trying to increase my running times by small fractions. i really don’t want to hurt myself this time. pretty responsible of me, huh Ted ?
i got a sharp piercing pain 4 minutes into Friday’s run. i stopped, stretched and walked for a bit. i played around with my form a bit when i started running again until i felt comfortable. the rest of the run was fine.
