i’m trying to increase my running times by small fractions. i really don’t want to hurt myself this time. pretty responsible of me, huh Ted ? ;-) i got a sharp piercing pain 4 minutes into Friday’s run. i stopped, stretched and walked for a bit. i played around with my form a bit when i started running again until i felt comfortable. the rest of the run was fine.

friday 01.12:
19 min run (road)

saturday 01.13:
rest

sunday 01.14:
rest

monday 01.15:
1 hr spin class
strength training: abs

tuesday 01.16:
20 min run (treadmill)
strength training: upper body, abs

wednesday 01.17:
rest

thursday 01.18:
20 min run (road)
