Saturday’s ride was rough. it was windy and i rode all 80 miles by myself. riding against the wind was hard on my injured knee, but 80 miles is no joke. the rest of the week was pretty mellow. i had fun doing weights with Geoff at the gym. my ankles are still in a bit of pain, but i think i will be ok by Sunday. i am planning to do a brick workout tomorrow. i would also love to get an open water swim in, but i realize it’ll be hard to cram in all that plus the veggie potluck. either way, i will try really hard to squeeze it all in and enjoy every minute of it.
