week of June 8th
this week i discovered the wonderful world of beach bootcamp. i loved the class and signed up for 3 months of it. Geoff signed up too. it’s a really good workout. i’m really looking forward to it !
friday – rest
saturday – rest
sunday – 20 min run, 7 min walk (treadmill), strength training: lower body, abs
monday – 1.5 hour beach bootcamp class
tuesday – 26 min run
wednesday – 55 min spin class
thursday – rest
