week of June 22nd
a pretty low-key week. i’m really getting into beach bootcamp. my arms have never felt so strong. i’m so glad Geoff and i signed up for it. it’s a great workout. also, i think Geoff is right. it’s making my ankles more stable and strong which is definitely helping my running.

monday – 1.5 hour beach bootcamp class
tuesday – 40 min run
wednesday – 55 min spin class
thursday – strength training: upper body, abs
