    Ian: was supposed to do one this weekend, but by the time i was ready to register, it was sold out. how about you ?

    Just finished a try-a-tri (400m swim, 10k bike, 2.5k run) with a lot of disappointment. 38th overall, 2nd in my age group. But my splits were brutal. It was supposed to be a warm up for this upcoming weekend on Toronto Island(750m swim, 30k bike, 7.5k run). 3 words came to mind after: Need More Bricks. Bike-to-run was slow.

    I’ll let you know how next weekend goes ;)

    Ian: disappointment ?? that sounds really impressive !! congrats !! bricks are definitely good training. i’m sure you’ll rock Toronto Island. good luck !!

    Yeah, I miss the podcast too! I’m hoping we’ll be able to get a show recorded this weekend. I’m crossing my fingers.
