monday – 1.5 hour beach bootcamp class
tuesday – 40 min run, 1200 meter swim
wednesday – 55 min spin class
thursday – rested

    Fixed the typo–thanks! It’s 3/4 cup brown sugar for the cranberry mixture and 1 cup of sugar for the cake part.

    Please let me know how it turns out!
