saturday – rest (caught up with friends and family in Wellington)
sunday – rest (flew back to Auckland)
monday – 30 min run (drove to Coromandel – Opito Bay)

it was hard to get workouts in while we were on vacation, especially since our luggage didn’t arrive until Wednesday morning.
