it was hard to get workouts in while we were on vacation, especially since our luggage didn’t arrive until Wednesday morning.
friday – rest (travel day)
saturday – rest (travel day)
sunday – rest (arrived in Auckland)
monday – rest (big holiday lunch/dinner with family)
tuesday – rest (finally some time to relax)
wednesday – rest (flew to Queenstown)
thursday – 34 min run (drove from Queenstown to Greymouth via Haast Pass)
