Friday – 45 min run (and Cure concert – yippee !!!)
Saturday – strength training: upper body, abs
Sunday – 2 hr bike ride
Monday – 1.5 hr beach bootcamp class
Tuesday – 50 min spin class, 30 min run
Wednesday – rest
Thursday – 50 min spin class
