Dinner at Ethos Vegan Kitchen in Orlando, FL

We hit Ethos Vegan Kitchen for dinner. It’s a casual urban cafe near downtown Orlando with couches and a cozy outdoor patio. We had the pecan crusted eggplant with mashed potatoes and asparagus and a pizza with squash, roasted peppers and seitan. Both were absolutely delicious and satisfied our hunger which was ravenous by the time we finally found the place.
