Half way through our breakfast, originally uploaded by speedvegan.

We came back to Ethos Vegan Kitchen for their Sunday brunch. We got the special – raspberry pancakes with home fries, plus biscuits and gravy and a cinnamon bun.

Yes. It was awesome. The pancakes were delicious ! Unfortunately, there’s only one special available for brunch but everything we had there was fantastic, so I’m sure whatever it is next weekend will be great too.
