Dinner: Raw Lettuce Wraps
I had to work late last night so Geoff made dinner. I’m always impressed when he cooks (or uncooks, in this case) because everything always turns out perfectly. He puts so much love into everything he makes. Last night he whipped up Ani’s Save the Tuna pate to have with fresh red chard. As always, it was delicious.

Liz is lovely to cook for, because she doesn’t (usually) complain if it takes a bit longer, and she always finds the good in it (even if I burn the potatoes on the BBQ!)
I’ve enjoyed exploring raw food with her, which has also helped me lose weight and enjoy the eating more (no more dopey feeling after eating!) I’m so lucky to have a partner who is so universally supportive and open-minded.
