Dinner: Mac ‘n “Cheese”
Geoff got me a silly postcard a while ago with a recipe called "women’s lib casserole" which is actually a "vegan mac and cheez" recipe. How cool is that ? I finally tried the recipe last night with a few modifications and holy casserole batman ! It’s by far the best vegan mac and cheese I’ve ever had. We had girly martinis, played 70s freedom music and felt very liberated ! I can’t wait to try it again !! I’ll post my version of the recipe soon.
