Greens, avocado, seitan and agave-mustard dressing.
I made dinner while Geoffrey went for a run. What’s wrong with THAT picture ?? My left foot is still not run-worthy and the pool at the gym is closed this week. Good timing. Anyway, resting is good, considering I have to teach a Spinning class tomorrow. ![]()
