    a.) good work on getting into the pool again.
    b.) 3+ hour bike with a brick workout – kudos. I need your discipline.

    What’s a brick?

      A brick is when you do one workout immediately after another. For triathlon training, it’s especially important to practice the bike-to-run transition because your legs can feel very heavy when you get off the bike – like running in a pool or ocean.
