    Hey, girl! Thanks for the comment on my blog. I was told over a month ago that people with impaired thyroids should never, ever eat soy. EVER. Apparently, it interferes with the absorption of thyroid hormones, and also thus, thyroid meds. What’s helped me most is getting on the right meds. Thank god for seitan. I’ve started eating eggs and some fat-free dairy, but most of my protein comes from seitan and whole-grains these days.
