    What is brick? (from your Sunday workout)

      A brick is when you do one workout immediately after another. In this case it was a run brick (immediately following the bike). It’s good for triathlon training, because you tend to feel like you’re running on sand after getting off the bike. Triathlon bikes help a lot to reduce that feeling, but it’s still good practice.
